Navy's delightful chino, exudes luxury but sits like jogging pants.
The chino comes in 2 fabric thicknesses, normal & heavy, with heavy this is also nicely mentioned. It is the same fabric but just a bit heavier/thicker.
In chino they fall really well in size up to 110/116, after that if in doubt it's better to go up a size. Even in the small sizes you can always turn the chinos and they fall narrow at the waist. So when in doubt a size bigger is really very doable.
