Is the size not right or does the item not quite meet your expectations? At Navy Natural you can easily return your purchase within 14 days. You pay the shipping costs of €5.25 yourself.
Please note! You will not receive a confirmation email from us when we have received the return package. From the day of receipt, it may take up to 14 calendar days for your return to be processed.

Can I return multiple orders at one time?
Yes, you can, as long as all items are within the 14-day return period. Please combine the items you want to return into one package and make sure all packing slips are in the package.
